In order to comply with the police requirements properties with police response must have two private keyholders who must be available at all times. By using a professional keyholding service, you will be sure that a specialist will be in charge or your activations and will be in attendance 24/7. In the event of a burglary etc the relevant authorities will be called by our Key Guard as required, in order to avoid your property being black listed by the police.

Our main goal is to protect your property in case of emergencies, such as burglary, fire, floods etc. We also provide a range of non-emergency services which vary greatly, depending on your personal or business needs.

Can I rely on your Keyholding System?
We operate within the licensing requirements of the Security Industry Authority (SIA), an organisation set up by the government in 2001 to raise the standard of professionalism throughout the security industry. Its licensing requirements are legally enforceable with the aim of preventing unsuitable and poorly trained people entering the private security industry.
All CMS personnel involved in managing your keys is specifically trained and accredited by the SIA.

- BS 7984 (Keyholding and Response Services)
How can I sign up with you?
Residential & Commercial Alarm Response
(Standard & All-Inclusive)
Please complete the Subscriber Agreement form and return all three copies to us. We will then contact you in order to arrange a short meeting to carry out a survey of the premises and to collect a set of keys, alarm code or tag etc. Alternatively, you can contact us directly and arrange this.
Keysave Service
(This is not an alarm response service)
Please complete the Keysave Agreement form and return it together with the keys (special delivery only). Alternatively please deliver both to any Banham showroom.
