Intruder or fire alarm activations
All alarms will be reset once the situation has been dealt with and alarm repairs carried out if necessary. They will liaise with the emergency services, ensure your property is left secure and provide a full written report of the incident afterwards.
Gas leaks, Floods, Power Problems or Telephone Line Faults
Our Key Guards are fully trained to deal with all such emergencies, responding rapidly and taking appropriate action to minimise loss and damage.By using our professional services, you will eliminate any potential risks, costs and inconvenience caused to relatives, employees or friends who may have had to attend.
Security presence
In emergency situations we will always follow the guidelines and instructions previously agreed with you. If the situation is particularly serious, we will make every effort to contact you so we can discuss any additional action you may wish us to take.
For those instances when security has been compromised our Key Guards can remain on site until the situation is rectified. Providing a presence on site for prolonged periods at short notice is all part of our service.
